Ahmass Fakahany, founder and CEO of the Altamarea Group, worked with ICRAVE to tie together the vertical space with a colorful striped swoop that connects the ground-floor space down to the basement, leaving the street-level window to cast light on both floors. He brought on Friedrich Petzel Gallery to curate a rotating installation. “How can we continue the mental journey of being near the MOMA?” was a question that guided the design process.
