Hospitality Design: SUSHISAMBA Debuts Dubai Restaurant

International culinary concept SUSHISAMBA is continuing its global expansion with the launch of a new location in Dubai. Crafted by New York-based studio ICRAVE, SUSHISAMBA Dubai overlooks Palm Island and the city’s iconic skyline via the 51st floor of the Palm Tower. “ICRAVE did an exceptional job designing a space that pays tribute to this spectacular, earthy view,” says SUSHISAMBA founder Shimon Bokovza. “In their design, they never tried to compete with nature. Instead, they achieved the perfect complement to the horizon.”
