The Georgetown Company and tapped Journey to deliver an upscale, amenity rich residential product as part of a bold initiative to build up the Easton retail complex into an urban hub. What was once a large swath of surface parking is set to become a mid-rise residential structure with 400 units ranging from micro to 4 bedroom townhouses. Scheduled to open in late 2028, the project is drawn and specified and currently moving through the procurement process
